IT Help and Support

University Information Services

10:15am, Friday 02 September:

New students

The licensing issue that prevented you from getting access to your University Microsoft account, including your Cambridge email, has now been resolved. You should be able to access your accounts now.

If you are still unable to do so, the cause is likely to be unrelated to yesterday’s issue. Please email the UIS Service Desk for individual support at: servicedesk@uis.cam.ac.uk.

New staff

We expect to have licences in place for new staff early next week.

If you are unable to access your University Microsoft account and Exchange Online email, please email the UIS Service Desk at servicedesk@uis.cam.ac.uk to confirm that you are affected.

We will provide another update next week.

We hope this will be resolved in 48 hours. We'll update this page as soon as we have news.
