Who can use eduroam
Staff and students can use eduroam around Cambridge and while visiting other participating institutions around the world. Visitors and academics visiting Cambridge from participating institutions can connect to eduroam while in Cambridge.

eduroam is available throughout the University and in some outdoor locations. You can see the University wireless coverage page for more information.

Connect other personal devices
You can connect personal devices to the UniOfCam-IoT network as they cannot connect to eduroam. This includes:
- media streaming devices like Apple TV
- virtual assistants such as Amazon Alexa
- smart speakers like Amazon Echo or Google Home
- streaming media adapters such as Chromecasts
- equipment such as printers
