You can use mobile device management (MDM) to install Trellix Endpoint Security antivirus software seamlessly, without any need for user interaction.
We have prepared the following two profiles that you can import into an MDM server such as Jamf Pro or InTune and then deploy to devices.
Full Disk Access for Trellix
The MDM specification requires that profiles containing a Full Disk Access payload are delivered over the air to Supervised devices. Full Disk Access payloads are ignored if the profile is installed manually.
This profile will configure Full Disk Access for the Trellix components.
Managed Login Items for Trellix
This profile will prevent users from being able to disable the various Trellix components in System Settings > General > Login Items. It is only compatible with macOS Ventura and later and should not be used on earlier macOS releases.
