809 errors

We have found that '809' errors can be caused by antivirus programs, the firewall on a device, the customer's router settings or bandwidth measuring apps. Temporarily disabling the antivirus settings, firewall and bandwidth measurer and then making a connection will, hopefully, allow the VPN to connect. Once it has, the programs can be re-enabled.  If the customer believes that the issue is caused by their router they should speak with their ISP to find out if VPN access is blocked by default.

Major upgrade to the phone system during 28–29 December
