The IT staff support SharePoint site is the home of IT service information and updates for IT staff across the University. You can also find technical documentation, policies and standards, and comms kits here.
Access to this site is managed through Entra groups for institutional IT staff. If you are an IT officer, please contact your local IT lead. They can add you to the group. Alternatively, you can contact the Service Desk.
TechLink
The TechLink scheme is provided by University Information Services for IT professionals and staff providing IT support in Colleges, Departments and University-related institutions.

This mailing list is run by UIS to facilitate communication among IT support staff across all parts of the University and Colleges.
