The information in an email's header is invaluable when trying to investigate phishing and malware scams, so it is important that you include all this information when you report suspicious emails to the UIS Service Desk.
In the Outlok Web Access interface, select a message and right-click to open the context sensitive pop-up menu.
Click View message details:
Copy the header information that opens in a new window:
Paste this information, along with the contents of the original email, into a new message and send to the UIS Service Desk.
