How to access Office 365

All students and eligible staff from qualifying colleges and institutions can access the Office 365 Apps by signing into the office online portal using their university provided work or school account user credentials.

Those with A3 licences can also download and install Office 365 apps on personal devices on up to 5 laptop/desktops, 5 tablets and 5 smartphones (15 installations in total). To check your current number of installs, you can log on to https://myaccount.microsoft.com/device-list.

If you have a previous version of Microsoft Office or copies of any additional Microsoft products installed on your device (such as Project, Visio or Visual Studio), you must uninstall these before installing Office 365 Apps.

If you do not have the original media or keys to reinstall your personal Microsoft software, do not install Office 365 Apps. The University cannot be held responsible for loss of your personal software applications.
