If you'd like to submit a request for a change to a current feature in the Qualtrics survey tool or for a new feature to be added, please:
- check our list of current change and new feature requests below to see if your idea has already been submitted
- if it hasn't, please complete our change request form.
We'll get in touch with you to arrange a date and time to discuss it and ask further questions, if needed.
After that, we'll review the request and, if it seems reasonable and needed, we'll submit it to the service provider, Qualtrics. They'll make a final decision on whether to implement it. Unfortunately, we're unable to give a timeframe for when this will happen.
