  1. Revoke the lost/stolen Card, adding a note explaining why.
  2. Create a new Card request.
  3. [Optional] You may want to issue a Temporary Card to allow access until the new Card arrives.
  4. [Next day] The Card is printed and put in the UMS (University Messenger Service).
  5. [Next day] The Card is delivered to the Cardholder's institution.
  6. Cardholder returns Temporary Card (if issued) to Card Rep.
