- Revoke the lost/stolen Card, adding a note explaining why.
- Create a new Card request.
- [Optional] You may want to issue a Temporary Card to allow access until the new Card arrives.
- [Next day] The Card is printed and put in the UMS (University Messenger Service).
- [Next day] The Card is delivered to the Cardholder's institution.
- Cardholder returns Temporary Card (if issued) to Card Rep.
