The UIS Hosting Service allows institutions to have their servers hosted in a UIS-managed data centre environment. Several sites are available with a range of facilities to suit your requirements.
 

Amazon Web Services

Amazon Web Services (AWS) are available to University Institutions wishing to adopt cloud-based infrastructure. This is a chargeable service provided under a UIS framework agreement.

Google Cloud for University members

Google Cloud service is available for all members of the University. Invoice-based billing is available for University institutions, while individuals can make use of the unbilled project provision.

DS-Print: Resolved - difficulties purchasing Common Balance credit

The problem affecting users topping up their Common Balance for DS-Print using eCredit has been fixed by our external payment provider. Affected users should now be able to add credit to their account and no longer receive an error message after submitting their credit/debit card details.
