Calling Contacts

  1. Select Calls  
  2. Select Contacts from beside the 'Calls' heading
  3. Select one of the icons (instant message, email, video call, voice call):

Why can't I see all the calling options for a Contact?

Depending on the information you have listed for a Contact and whether or not they are in the University's Microsoft tenancy, you may see some or all of these calling options:

  • Teams chat instant message (University tenancy only)
  • send email (if an email address is available)
  • video call (University tenancy only)
  • voice call

View your Contacts list

  1. Select Calls  
  2. Select Contacts from beside the 'Calls' heading:

      

  3. You'll see an A-Z list of all your contacts and a search bar that you can use to find someone specific.

Add new Contacts

  1. Select Calls  
  2. Select Contacts from beside the 'Calls' heading:
  3. Select Add contact
