Calling Contacts
- Select Calls
- Select Contacts from beside the 'Calls' heading
- Select one of the icons (instant message, email, video call, voice call):
Why can't I see all the calling options for a Contact?
Depending on the information you have listed for a Contact and whether or not they are in the University's Microsoft tenancy, you may see some or all of these calling options:
- Teams chat instant message (University tenancy only)
- send email (if an email address is available)
- video call (University tenancy only)
- voice call
View your Contacts list
- Select Calls
- Select Contacts from beside the 'Calls' heading:
- You'll see an A-Z list of all your contacts and a search bar that you can use to find someone specific.
Add new Contacts
- Select Calls
- Select Contacts from beside the 'Calls' heading:
- Select Add contact
