Managed Endpoint Protection Service migration to ePO SaaS

15 November 2024

Our Managed Endpoint Protection Service will be migrated from on-premise to cloud servers. We expect to complete the migration by June 2025. Users should not notice any changes.

UIS Christmas closure and Service Desk arrangements

29 October 2024

UIS will be closed from 12:30 on Tuesday 24 December 2024 until 08:30 on Thursday 2 January 2025. Our Service Desk will still be available to help with common queries (such as password resets) via live text chat.
