Microsoft To-Do is an online to-do list for tracking and managing tasks. It's part of the Microsoft 365 for Education service for those with an Exchange Online mailbox. It is designed to assist with task management for individuals, for task management for groups the Planner app may be more appropriate.

What are the benefits?

How do I access it?

You must have an Exchange Online license as To-Do requires an Exchange Online mailbox to store and sync your tasks. It can be accessed via or the following desktop and mobile apps:
