To order your graduation photo from this period please complete the following steps:

- save the form as a pdf with your name in the title
- once the form is completed please email it to: graduation-photo-archive@uis.cam.ac.uk
Please note: due to GDPR only the graduate who is the subject of the photograph(s) may order reproductions.
We will not send photographs out to anybody who is not the main subject of the image.
