Support and IT training

Help and support is available form general and specialised service desks, and also in the form of consultancy from specialist staff. Training may be via bookable taught courses or self-service courses. Support for Institutions is via relationship managers, may be bought-in from the UIS or may be available online.

Service desks

There is a main, general service desk for staff and students, located at the Roger Needham Building (West Cambridge site), which is open for walk-in visits. There are specialist service desks that staff and students will be referred to these if their query to the main service desk warrants it, or they can contact the specialist service desk direct.

Beware fake NHS 'Test and Trace' text messages
