IT Help and Support

University Information Services

On 3 October we promised to update you on the eCredit service outage. We’re pleased to announce that the eCredit service has now been restored and is once again available for purchasing Common Balance credit.

While a fix was being implemented, we enabled all users with a temporary £20 overdraft on their Common Balance. Now that the service has been restored this overdraft facility will be withdrawn on Monday, 17 October. Users who remain in overdraft at this point will have to pay this back before they will be able to print and photocopy again. Users are now able to pay back the overdraft in the same way they would purchase Common Balance credit.
