How to install Office 365 ProPlus on your personal devices under the University's Microsoft EES Agreement - you're allowed up to 5 laptop/desktops, 5 tablets and 5 smartphones (15 installations in total)

How to get Office 365 ProPlus for your personal devices

Step 1

Get your University of Cambridge Microsoft account >

Note: New students can skip to Step 2, but you'll need to allow up to 3 hours after first creating your Raven password in order for it to sync with the Microsoft servers so you can log in to the University's Microsoft portal.

 

Step 2
Uninstall your current Microsoft software

You must uninstall any other version of Microsoft Office you have on your device before you begin the installation of the new package.

Warning to users of additional Microsoft applications:

If you currently have copies of any additional Microsoft products installed on your device (e.g. Project, Visio, Visual Studio etc.), these must also be properly uninstalled prior to the installation of Office 365 ProPlus.

If you do not have the original media/keys, etc. to reinstall your personal Microsoft software, DO NOT proceed with the Office 365 ProPlus installation process. The University cannot be held responsible for loss of your personal software applications

Your University GoogleDrive: 20GB quota limit from December 2022

19 January 2022

Google is replacing its G Suite for Education model licensing model in October 2022. As a result, there will be a new limit of 20GB on personal GoogleDrive spaces provided with G Suite@Cambridge accounts.
