You can share Exchange Online mailboxes, folders and calendars with other Exchange Online users across the University.

Creating a shared mailbox

If you would like to set up a shared Exchange Online mailbox, please send your request to the . Please include the desired display name for the mailbox and the CRSids of those who will need to have access to it.

Windows

Linux users will need to use the Outlook Web App to access shared mailboxes and calendars because there are no Linux mail clients that support this capability.
