Annual archiving and deletion of Panopto content

The annual archive of Panopto lecture capture content has been scheduled for 2 September. Last year's archive, containing content created on or before 31 August 2024, will be permanently deleted. Content owners wishing to restore recordings from the current archive for reuse with an active cohort must do so before 28 August, as it can take up to 48 hours for content to be restored.

Change to Dropbox accounts 7 June 2025

The University of Cambridge Dropbox Agreement, which Academia manages on our behalf, will not be renewed and will expire on 7 June 2025. Accounts will revert to a free Dropbox Basic account with 2GB of storage. Users must take action before their account expires on 7 June 2025.
