University business systems, including HR and finance, will be unavailable for up to 10 minutes between 7am and 8.30am on Wednesday 21 February, while we carry out essential maintenance on our data centres. 

During the downtime, the following services will be unavailable:

  • CamSIS
  • Finance systems (including UFS)
  • HR systems (such as CHRIS and Employee Self-Service)
  • Research systems (such as the dashboard and X5)

Please avoid logging in to the services until after the scheduled downtime period. If you experience any issues accessing them after that, try logging out, waiting a while, and then logging back in. If problems persist, please contact the Service Desk.
