You should change your University account password if you think someone else knows it.
Note for UIS-managed device users
University Managed Desktop (UMD) users: resetting your University IT account password also resets your UMD password.
How to change your University IT account password

Sign in to your University IT account with your current password. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset your password.

Select "Change Password" in the menu

Enter your new password. Read our suggestions for choosing a strong password.

Enter your new password again in the "Confirm new password" field.

Select "Submit" to save it.

You will need to sign back into Outlook, Teams and OneDrive with the new password following this change.
