Logging in to MyCompliance

If you log into your University Microsoft account using your @cam.ac.uk email address before following a link to a MyCompliance Cloud course (whether this link is in an email or on this site), you won't need to enter your Raven password again.

You can also log in to MyCompliance Cloud independently and find the course on your home page or watch videos in the MyCompliance library.

Make sure you use your University Microsoft account

Note that it's important to log in using your CRSid@cam.ac.uk email address and not your institution's email address (for example, CRSid@medschl.cam.ac.uk).

You also need to ensure you're not already logged in to your institution's Microsoft account in another tab or window. If you are, you'll need to log out or create a new profile in your browser to log into your University Microsoft account separately, as shown below:

For example, on your Chrome browser, select your profile icon in the top-right corner:

Select 'Add' and then 'Sign in':

Then use your @cam.ac.uk account email to log in to the new profile.

You can follow similar steps for other browsers, such as Edge or Safari.

If you don't, you may see an error message stating that the course doesn't exist, or you may not be able to access the platform.

Cyber security training on MyCompliance

Log in to MyCompliance Cloud and find the course on your home page. The ‘Home’ page is the main page you will access when you log in to your account.

Here you will be able to access your outstanding training, assessments and policies. You can also access your completed content from the home page by either selecting the 'Compliance Library' tile or via the 'MyCompliance Library' (found in the left column), or by selecting the 'Complete' section of the Training tile.

The 'User Status Report' displays a high-level overview of all content you have completed and what is still pending.
