Booker’s display admin functionality allows enabled users to select between 3 display options: Room Tablet (compatible touch/interactive displays only), Lobby List and Lobby Calendar.
Room Tablet
Departments with touch screen/interactive displays, can configure this mode to allow room requestors to view a rooms schedule, make, extend and cancel their bookings directly at the display panel outside a room.
Lobby List
The Lobby List functionality, allows departments with centrally located display panel(s) (not local room panels as directly above), to advise staff and students of a general overview of availability for meeting rooms around the department for the day.
Lobby Calendar
The Lobby Calendar functionality, allows departments with centrally located display panel(s) (not local room panels as above) to advise staff and students of the availability of meeting rooms around the department in an timed overall view.
