Booker is available to all institutions across the University of Cambridge, both academic and non-academic. It's currently in use by over 70 departments across 80 buildings and multiple sites, with shared spaces available for booking in the majority of them.

Please note all user account requests should be made to your department manager via email in the first instance. If your faculty or department is not listed below, please contact the Room Booking System Team at roombookingsystem@uis.cam.ac.uk, to request an unafilliated room requester account, which will allow you to book any non 'local' listed rooms in Booker.
