You will need:

  • An Apple iPhone or iPad iOS 12 or later
  • Safari mobile web browser
  • A connection to either eduroam or UniOfCam Wi-Fi
  • A Desktop Services account for authentication 
  • Common Balance credit (you can't use your Local Balance with Mobility Print – for this use DS-Print for desktops and laptops)

How to install Mobility Print

You must complete both steps of these Instructions.

Step One – Downloading the profile 

  1. Make sure your iPhone or iPad is connected to either eduroam or UniOfCam Wi-Fi.
  2. Open Safari – it will not work in other mobile browsers. 
  3. Download the Mobility Print profile. 
  4. Select Allow when prompted.
     

     

Step Two – Installing the profile 

  1. Open Settings
  2. Then either:
    Select Profile Downloaded:


     

    or 

    Select General > VPN & Device Management:


     

  3. Select PaperCut Mobility Print for iOS:


     

  4. Select Install at the next couple of prompts.

     

How to Print

  1. Open the app you want to print from. 
  2. Select print from the app’s share icon or in the app’s menu - if you can’t find the print option, check the app’s help section. Not all apps support printing. 
  3. Select Printer and choose DS-Print_FindMe 
  4. Choose the number of copies, colour and other print options. 
  5. When prompted, enter your CRSid and Raven password
  6. Locate and log in to any supported Konica or Sharp printer to release your print job.
