Troubleshooting password when installing DS-Print
Are you entering the correct username?
Before proceeding further, it's worth checking your username first.
When DS-Print prompts for a username, your CRSid should be entered, not your email address.
Correct: abc123
Incorrect: abc123@cam.ac.uk
Testing your password
To test UIS credentials are working correctly use the Raven test page to test your username (CRSid) and password.
If your CRSid and password are working correctly the issue could be your accounts require harmonising. Harmonisation will synchronise all your UIS accounts to the same password - "Desktop & Systems" (MCS, DS-Print, DS-Files), Raven authentication and your University Microsoft account (for Office 365 and Exchange online email).
To harmonise your accounts it will be necessary to run through the process of changing your password.
