  1. Go to Google Play Store on your phone and search for the Outlook app. Click The Install button to download and install it


  2. Open the app once it has installed



  3. Click the Get Started button to start setup
  4. If you have already installed other Microsoft 365 apps Outlook may immediately suggest using your University account. If this happens, accept the address and go straight on to signing in with your Raven account


  5. If you've never used your University Office 365 account on your device before, you need to add the account. Click the link ADD MAIL ACCOUNT then select Add an email account from the list that pops up. Don't select Create a new email account as you want to connect to your existing University account



  6. Enter your full email address (e.g. and click continue


  7. Outlook should take you to the Raven authentication page as in step 4 (if you have another Microsoft account with the same email address it may ask you to disambiguate this from your work account).


  8. Enter your Raven login details and you should see your normal University email inbox open.
  9. To add any shared or delegated email accounts which you need to access click the home account icon (top left), followed by the settings icon (small gear wheel bottom left).


  10. This will return you to the screen of step 5


  11. Select Add a shared mailbox from the pop-up and enter the full account address (likely to be something like - i.e. with a prefix before Click CONTINUE to run setup. By default all emails from the shared mailboxes will be displayed within a single inbox but you can view them individually if you prefer by clicking the home icon and choosing them one by one.

Your University GoogleDrive: 20GB quota limit from December 2022

Google is replacing its G Suite for Education model licensing model in October 2022. As a result, there will be a new limit of 20GB on personal GoogleDrive spaces provided with G Suite@Cambridge accounts. If your GoogleDrive usage exceeds 20GB after 1 December 2022, your University account GoogleDrive will become read-only until your usage is brought below 20GB.

Moodle offline for upgrade during 06:00–12:00 on Tuesday 11 January
