University Information Services

UIS will be closed from 5pm on Friday 22 December 2023 until 8:30am on Tuesday 2 January 2024.

Don't get locked out

Please ensure you have set up self-service password recovery and set up more than one second factor for multi-factor authentication (MFA) to avoid any difficulties with account access during the closure.

Major IT incidents

In the event of a major IT incident, the UIS crisis management team will work within the framework of the University Emergency Management Plan to decide if intervention is required before 2 January. If you believe an IT failure requires intervention, please contact University Security to escalate to the University Silver Team.
