IT Help and Support

University Information Services

If you use the University’s eduroam wifi service, you will need to refresh the eduroam set-up on all of your devices by 31 January 2024 to ensure your connection to eduroam continues uninterrupted.

What is changing?

We are replacing the certificate that verifies your secure connection to this wifi service. The old certificate will expire at the end of this month.

What you need to do by 31 January

Follow the appropriate instructions to connect to eduroam wifi on each of your devices, according to the operating system (for example, macOS or Windows). We recommend you do this before the end of January, when our Service Desk may experience high volumes of support requests.

Need help?

If you need help, please contact your local IT support provider in the first instance for help with devices managed by your institution.

For help with your personal devices, please contact our Service Desk.
