University Information Services

9 February 2024

All new SharePoint Online sites, included with the University's Microsoft Office 365 offering, will have a storage quota of 1TB from 19 February 2024.

This forms part of our storage review following Microsoft's announcement to limit the amount of data that can be stored on their cloud storage service. The quota will be applied to new Team sites and Communication sites. There is a separate quota in place for Microsoft OneDrive.
