In order to add a new person to the directory, hover over Content > Add Content and click on the Staff Profile

 

 

You can now provide the details of the person: name, title, crs id, email address, job titles, links to websites and a picture.

You can also add other information like biography, key publication, research interest, teaching, research supervisions and other professional activities. In order to do it, please click on the Tabbed Content in the left hand side navigation.

 

 

In order to assign a person to the specific group, click on the Related Items tab in the left navigation. Tick the appropriate group, for example "Distinguished Associates" and save.

 

 

On some websites, newly created profiles are automatically unpublished. In order to make them visible, please make sure they are published. More instructions can be found on our "Publishing / unpublishing content" webpage.

 

If you would like the new person to be able to edit his own profile, please set the correct permissions.
