DS-Print for desktops and laptops

DS-Print for macOS and Windows

Prerequisites

  • Computer running Microsoft Windows 8 or 10 (excluding Home Editions), Apple macOS 10.7 or later
  • administrative rights to install DS-Print service on the computer
  • Desktop Services account for authentication 
  • network connection (wireless eduroam or UniOfCam, or college network permitting the DS-Print service)  
  • DS-Print local or Common Balance credit

Example

A student with a Windows or Mac computer using an eduroam wireless connection can send a print job to any permitted printer (and be charged for it at the institution's standard rate).

In the first instance please navigate to the troubleshooting pages.  By navigating the lefthand sub menu, resolution to the most common issues can be found. E.g  Checking your password.

Raven maintenance on 18 January 2021

Adobe Flash Player has reached end-of-life

Adobe has announced that it no longer supports Flash Player and will block Flash content from running in the browser plug-in from Tuesday 12 January 2021.
