Watch ‘Start with Why’ Ted talk by Simon Sinek

Simon shares his insights on the importance of starting with a clear 'why' - the purpose or belief that inspires action - rather than focusing solely on 'what' or 'how’. Share your reflections with a colleague/ line manager/ mentor.

Unlocking your potential: Discovering your strengths and development areas

  • take a strengths assessment HIGH 5 Test or another assessment tool that resonates with you  
  • identify areas of improvement based on your assessment results
  • create an action plan with your line manager/ peer/ mentor for developing your areas of improvement while leveraging your strengths

We will retire the ppsw.cam.ac.uk SMTP relay on 30 June 2025. After this date, you will need to use the SMTP.cam.ac.uk outbound email.

New ‘Get your University IT account' app is going live
