This scheduled downtime will affect authentication for all websites that use Legacy Raven, or rely on the underlying webauth protocol for authentication. 

The websites themselves will be unaffected, but users will not be able to authenticate successfully during the downtime. Sites that use the University’s SSO will be unaffected. If users experience any issues with Raven as a result of this work they are advised to clear their browser cache.

When

Thursday, 15 June, starting at 19:00 and expected to last around 1 hour.

Why

UIS is making make a change to its deployment process for Raven Webauth.
