IT Help and Support

University Information Services

The Digital Presence Programme (DPP), as part of its transition to separate deliverable projects, has proposed the creation of the Cambridge Web Agency. If you work with websites as part of your role, in any capacity, then we want to hear from you.

What will the Cambridge Web Agency do?

We want the agency to be a one-stop-shop for improving our websites and content, leaving no institution behind. It would bring together access to our existing developers, designers, data analysts and web specialists through one front door. It would be free to use in the first instance, with potential paid-for services in the future for more bespoke projects.

Help us build the web agency you need

Complete the Cambridge Web Agency survey to help us build the best agency we can.

We encourage responses from as many institutions as possible before the Christmas break so that we can gain a broad understanding of the need for website-related services across the University. An initial pitch for the agency has already had positive support from the Planning and Resources and Information Services Committees.

We will share key insights from the survey and information about the next steps in the new year.

If you have any questions, please contact Barney Brown or Chris Mitchell.
