If you want to edit your own staff profile, you will need to be on the University Data Network (UDN). Please use the VPN service to connect your device to the University Data Network (UDN) from a remote location.  More information on the VPN can be found at:


Go to the homepage of your department and type  /user after the main URL, for example



Provide your crs id and Raven password and hit the Login button.

You will see a similar screen:



Please DO NOT click on the Edit tab at this point. Instead, click on the link in the box pointing to the full profile.

You will now be able to see all the information on your profile – your name, job title, publications, etc.

Click on the Edit tab if you would like to make any changes.



You can now update your personal details: name, title, crs id, email address, job titles, links to websites and a picture. Please note that the picture should be at least 250px by 250px.


You can also add additional information like biography, key publication, research interest, teaching, research supervisions and other professional activities. In order to do it, please click on the Tabbed Content in the left hand side navigation.



Make all necessary changes and Save.
