Please note:

Lynda.com have been acquired by LinkedIn. We have been told we are unable to license their content under our historic arrangements and therefore the service will be closed Friday 9th April 2018. We deeply regret the inconvenience that this may cause, but the decision is beyond our control.

We will pursue a new conversation about the product to which they would have us move (LinkedIn Learning) and we may well re-launch with a revised service in the near future, but there is no guarantee that this will be possible.

Should existing users wish to continue using lynda.com, individual licences can be purchased via Lynda.com. Please note that unfortunately, the profiles do not pass forward when individuals purchase a self-serve model.

Delays in email delivery between PPSW and Exchange Online tenancies

Several institutions reported to us that messages to their Exchange Online tenancies were being blocked following routine maintenance to the central email switch (PPSW) on Monday 20 January. We believe we've discovered the cause and implemented a workaround that has cleared the backlog and will prevent this from happening again.

Phone system maintenance on Saturday 1 February

We're planning to update the University phone system on Saturday 1 February. Desk phones may reboot several times during this process, but there should be no effect on calls.
