Unit four: (Self arranged) – first meeting between mentor and mentee

Complete by Wednesday 28 September 2022

Arrange your first meeting after attending the mentoring workshop

During the first mentoring conversation it’s important to start building a good relationship. The questions (see page 13 of mentoring guide) may help you get to know each other and establish a solid basis from which to build a positive mentoring relationship.

Agree on SMART objectives and outcomes (see page 14, 15 of mentoring guide)

Note: It’s recommended that mentees drive the relationship

Unit five: Virtual via Teams – informal monthly catch ups

From Oct 2022- May 2023: every second Wednesday of the month from 11:00–11:45

To support you through the 9 monthly mentoring partnership, we will run monthly informal coffee morning sessions for mentors and mentees.
