Monday 20 June: We are aware that some parts of the SMS have been disrupted in recent weeks. This is due to some hardware elements reaching end of life, difficulties in obtaining replacement parts and physical limits on the current platform's storage capacity. A replacement platform is being prepared and will be launched as soon as possible (the ETA from the vendor is August).

In the interim, please be aware that the service remains vulnerable due to reliability issues with the current hardware. We ask that current users of the service limit their use of the SMS to uploading business critical media until the new platform is available. This will assist us in maintaining continuity of service.
