Renewals

If you'd like to continue using the University's Dropbox Business service, you need to renew your licence for another year.

You’ll need either a valid, approved purchase order or a credit / debit card to pay.

You can also renew if your University Dropbox subscription has already lapsed. 

Non-renewals

If you’re a member of the University and still have a valid login:

We’ll change your Dropbox account automatically to a free Personal account associated with your CRSid@cam.ac.uk email address and transfer all your files.

Your free Dropbox account is no longer managed by University Information Services.

Please note that if your Dropbox account is over the free quota then file syncing will stop. Files will not be removed, but syncing won't resume until you bring your account under quota again. See Dropbox's website for details on the current quota for free basic accounts and the costs of increasing the quota.

If you don’t have a valid University login:

We’ll block access to your Dropbox account until you tell us a leaving email address we can use to unprovision your account.
