ArcGIS

Although ArcGIS is not available to download, some online resources and modules are available to students. To be given access, please email with your CRSid.

Academia

Software that is freely available to students on the Academia website includes:

  • Atlas.ti – Mac and Windows
  • EndNote
  • MatLab – download the software from Mathworks
  • National Instruments – Windows, MacOS and Linux licences available

Adobe applications are also available, but these are paid-for.

QGIS

QGis is open-source software and can be downloaded from https://www.qgis.org/en/site/forusers/download.html

Please accept the default options for both the Windows and Mac installations.

Wireless service maintenance 08:00–09:00 Tuesday 9 March

The University Wireless Service will be undergoing maintenance between 08:00 and 09.00 on Tuesday 9 March. During this period, users may experience interrupted service to eduroam, the UniOfCam guest system, the UniOfCam-IoT system and local SSIDs.

CHRIS, ESS and UPS unavailable all day on Thursday 4 March
