The information in an email's header is invaluable when trying to investigate phishing and malware scams, so it is important that you include all this information when you report suspicious emails to the UIS Service Desk.

  1. Open the mail message by double clicking the sender's name:

  2. Click on the Blah, Blah, Blah icon to reveal full headers.

  3. Copy all the header information from this window...

  4. ...and Paste it into a new email and send to the .

 

Note: To turn off full headers, click on the Blah, Blah, Blah icon again.

University GoogleDrive: 20GB quota limit deferred until December 2023

Google is replacing its G Suite for Education model licensing model in October 2022. As a result, there will be a new limit of 20GB on personal GoogleDrive spaces provided with G Suite@Cambridge accounts. If your GoogleDrive usage exceeds 20GB after 1 December 2023, your University account GoogleDrive will become read-only until your usage is brought below 20GB.
