Downloading Content to View Offline

One of the great features of the mobile app is that, in addition to being able to view content online wherever you have internet access, you also have the ability to download content to view offline.

1. In order to download content, first find the course you wish to download:

2. Once you have chosen the course you would like to download, open it up and then, in the top right hand corner of the video screen, tap the icon made of three dots. You will then be presented with a small menu at the bottom of the screen:

3. To download the entire course, tap Download entire course.

To download specific videos from the course, tap Download individual videos.

If downloading the entire course, a confirmation pop up will appear to inform you how many videos you will be downloading. If you are happy with this, tap Download to begin the course download. You will then be taken to the content list and will see each video downloading. Once a video is downloaded its download icon will turn from grey to blue.

If downloading individual videos, you will be taken straight to the content listing screen where you can tap the grey download icon to download that specific video. Once downloaded, a video's download icon will change from grey to blue.
