You can add a shared Exchange Online mailbox to your Outlook app on Apple iOS devices.

Ensure your Outlook app is up to date. Apple has some instructions on updating apps that you may wish to follow.

Tap the 'Home' button in the top left.

Tap the 'Add Mailbox' icon.

Choose 'Add Shared Mailbox' in the pop-up window.

Type in the name of the shared mailbox and tap 'Add Shared Mailbox'.

University GoogleDrive: 20GB quota limit deferred until December 2023

Google is replacing its G Suite for Education model licensing model in October 2022. As a result, there will be a new limit of 20GB on personal GoogleDrive spaces provided with G Suite@Cambridge accounts. If your GoogleDrive usage exceeds 20GB after 1 December 2023, your University account GoogleDrive will become read-only until your usage is brought below 20GB.
