IT Help and Support

University Information Services

These training resources curated by UIS's Digital Literacy team will help you get started with Outlook desktop and web applications.

We've curated a range of online courses to support those who are new to Outlook 365 with Exchange Online and those who are migrating from Thunderbird or Hermes Webmail. The courses are predominately based on LinkedIn Learning courses. We also have a full programme of other Office 365 courses.

The courses cover desktop applications – such as the web app, and those for Windows and macOS – as well as mobile apps for Android and iOS.

You can see a list of any scheduled live online training sessions on the University Training Booking System. Check back regularly for the latest updates on availability.
