How to get your @cam email account
Students
You'll get a Microsoft Exchange Online email account once you've completed your student registration, collected your username (CRSid) and set up your UIS Password.
Staff
Speak to your local IT support staff about how to get your @cam email account.
How to access your emails
How you access your email will depend on the type of email account you have. Students who arrived at the University in 2018 onwards, as well as most new members of staff, will have a Microsoft Exchange Online account. Others who arrived earlier will have a Hermes account.
Members of the Unified Administrative Service (UAS) and others who use the Administrative Computing Network (ACN) have a Microsoft Exchange Online account.
If you're not sure which type of email account you have, ask your local IT support team.
