Update Admin/ACN email settings in Apple Mail (Mac OSX/macOS)

Once your email account has been upgraded to Exchange Server 2013, you will need to update Apple Mail's mail server settings by setting up a new Account, as follows:
  1. Open Mail. From the main menu choose Mail > Add Account...

  2. Select Exchange and click Continue:


  3. Enter your name, email address and password and click Sign In:


  4. The auto-discovery check will fail, and you will be presented with more options.
    Change the User Name field to: internal\<your CRSid>.
    Click Sign In.


  5. This should now find your email account, and let you confirm the apps you want to sync.
    Untick any apps you don't want to sync, and click Done:


  6. You will now see your Admin email account listed in the Mail window:
