How to check your Forwarding and Time zone settings

Following a short incident around 13:00 on Friday 13 April that affected Exchange Online mailbox connectivity, please check that your Email Forwarding and Time zone settings are still correct – email forwarding addresses and the time zone may have been restored to their default settings:

  1. In the Outlook Web Access portal, click Settings [cog icon] > Mail:

  2. From the Options menu in the left sidebar, choose Mail > Accounts > Forwarding:

Time zone setting

  1. In the Outlook Web Access portal, click Settings [cog icon] > Mail (see above).

  2. From the Options menu in the left sidebar, choose General > Region and time zone:
