Removing the existing UAS Exchange Account in Outlook 2016 (macOS)

Before adding your upgraded UAS email account (or shared resource) you will need to delete your old profile first:
  1. Select Accounts from the Tools menu.

  2. Select the existing UAS Exchange Account.
    Ensure the email address listed under the account description is your UAS email address.

  3. Click the minus symbol (-) at the bottom of the window to remove the account:

  4. Select Delete at the confirmation prompt:

    confirm delete
