Install mobile app

Operating system

  • iOS 14, 13 and 12

Hardware

  • iPhone 5, 5c, 5s, 6, 6 Plus, 6s, 6s Plus, 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus, X, 11, 12 and 12 Pro
  • A working network or Internet connection to connect to servers
  • An Apple App Store account (to download and install Citrix Workspace App)
  • A Raven user account

 

  1. Open the App Store app on your device and search for the Citrix Workspace app:

  2. Tap the Open button to download and launch Citrix Workspace:

  3. Open the app and tap Get Started:

  4. Enter anywhere.cam.ac.uk for the Store URL and click Continue:

  5. You will be redirected to the University of Cambridge login screen.

    Log in with your CRSid@cam.ac.uk email address...

    ...and Raven password and tap Sign in:

  6. If you are using two factor authentication, enter your verification code and tap Verify:

  7. Choose whether or not to stay signed in:

  8. Choose whether or not to allow notifications:

  9. You will now see the Citrix Workspace Home screen:
